How do users experience Scene Viewer?
When viewed an ARCore-supported Android device, a website that includes the <model-viewer> component with the ar attribute looks like this example:

It is now possible to implement interactive augmented reality experiences on the web. With the browser into the augmented reality, without App.
We have implemented it - view the astronaut in AR and experience the interaction directly on your smartphone.
Tap the View button in Augmented Reality.
Our shop system uses a Scene Viewer for the 3D objects which independently detects Augmented Reality hardware. The Scene Viewer allows you to specify multiple file types to work across platforms.
